Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Fyntra platform. It applies to all users, including firm administrators, traders, affiliates, and any other individuals or entities that access or interact with the platform. This policy is supplementary to our Terms & Conditions and is designed to protect Fyntra, its users, and the integrity of the services we provide.
2. Permitted Use
The Fyntra platform is designed for the lawful management and operation of proprietary trading firms and funded trading programs. Permitted use includes creating and managing trader evaluations, processing payouts, monitoring account performance, configuring trading rules, and using the platform’s reporting, analytics, and integration features in accordance with your subscription plan.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Fyntra platform to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: manipulating platform data or evaluation results; circumventing security measures, access controls, or rate limits; using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without authorization; distributing malware, spam, or phishing content through the platform; impersonating another user, firm, or entity; and using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
4. System Integrity
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Fyntra platform or its underlying infrastructure. This includes attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the platform; performing unauthorized vulnerability scans or penetration tests; deliberately overloading servers or APIs; and exploiting bugs or defects rather than reporting them to our team.
5. Data and Content
You are responsible for all data and content that you upload, submit, or transmit through the Fyntra platform. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You must ensure that any personal data you process through the platform complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from data subjects.
6. API Usage
If you access Fyntra’s APIs, you agree to abide by any published rate limits, authentication requirements, and usage guidelines. You may not use the APIs to build a competing product or service, scrape data for unauthorized purposes, or exceed the scope of access granted under your subscription plan. API access may be revoked immediately if abuse is detected.
7. Multi-Tenancy Obligations
Fyntra is a multi-tenant platform. You agree not to attempt to access, view, modify, or delete data belonging to other organizations or tenants on the platform. Any attempt to exploit multi-tenancy boundaries, whether through API manipulation, session hijacking, or any other means, constitutes a severe violation of this policy and will result in immediate account termination.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to security@fyntratech.io. We investigate all reports promptly and treat them confidentially. Fyntra will not retaliate against any user who reports a violation in good faith.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
Fyntra reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, which may include issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, removing offending content, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities. We may take enforcement action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
10. Changes to This Policy
Fyntra may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised policy on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
